Responsibility:
- Check daily container forklift machine in good condition before operating
- If found any forklift problem during checking immediately need to inform maintenance PIC
- During receive and outgoing the container required to check 7-point container inspection
- If found any problem during checking the container park the container at designated area for repair
- All incoming & outgoing container need to be update in 'DAILY MOVEMENT CONTAINER IN & OUT CHECKLIST
- Need record into the Container Repair List Form if any damage request to repair
- Update into Stock Card any purchase or use the material for Truck, Container and Workshop
- Truck & Trailer need to wash for Puspakom (JPJ) test when needed.
- Painting truck & trailer for Puspakom (JPJ) test when needed.
- Responsible for the building maintenance
- Welding the Container, Truck, Trailer and others if required
- Change floorboard
- Patching the container
- Housekeeping (5s in the working area)
- Wash inside the container for shipment
- Check & report daily container stock level in yard
- Monitoring the container for refurbished Inhouse / Subcon
- Painting the container when required
- Monitoring the container for repairing
- Monitoring the stock level and request the materials if less or finish.
- Do the small-small repair for truck and trailer if required
- Support others area if required
- Time to time Immediate Supervisor will assign to new duties.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of Maintenance Department, including Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance Inspections to ensure smooth operation of the Plant and Machineries
- Maintain and update necessary Maintenance Department documentations including Preventive Maintenance Checklist, Service Report and Work-Order
- Performing necessary testing and maintaining required records and reports
- Participate in any assigned ad-hoc assignments / project
- To support fittings installation, technical hands-on related to electrical and wiring for project at site
Minimum Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, technical & Technician
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position in advance
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of truck repair in advance
- Knowledge Reefer container calibration in advance
- Knowledge Welding
- Knowledge Genset and Generator machine in advance
- Knowledge Electrical wiring
- Own transport
