What you will be doing :
- Maintains good working relationships with local and international media
- Maintains current media lists: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business and food editors
- Executes media placements for hotel through news releases and personal contacts
- Develops business and leisure travel promotions and release to press and/or target audience
- Explores valuable media trades where appropriate
- Arranges photography of VIP guests and maintain archives
- Assists in developing and producing sales support materials for the hotel
- Monitors all printed materials for adherence to corporate identity standards
- Establishes PR & Communications programs that will benefit and support business strategies
- Assist with creation and implementation of local, regional and international advertising
- Collaborates seamlessly with the External PR Agency and communicates effectively, making sure the full value of the external agency is received, leveraging the strengths of the PR Agency and using them to full advantage
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Strong work ethics and corporate governance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
