Your role

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you passionate about delivering best in class Client Experience? Do you enjoy identifying the most effective and efficient approaches for Wealth Management business? Are you good at constructively challenging business stakeholders around you? We’re looking for someone like that to:
– Be responsible for client lifecycle maintenance of client information. This includes reviewing account documentation, maintaining static data and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
– Prepare upcoming Periodic KYC Review (last PKR information, COSIMA/FACTIVA/CICAP name search, transaction review files). Support client advisor to ensure regulatory compliance of submitted materials from clients and client advisors themselves.
– Conduct holistic review of PKR, Credit and Investor Profile renewals, as well as documents expiring in next 6 months. Follow up on post client PKR meeting related actions (contact notes, document renewal, etc).
– Understand the processes; ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies.
– Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Front Support Office team in Hong Kong. We provide support on private banking clients in line with the regulatory requirements and UBS group policies. The scope of work includes liaising with client advisors, business, and internal stakeholders to ensure that an excellent and outstanding client experience is achieved. We support the Hong Kong Wealth Management business for Client Lifecycle services and you will act as a business enabler to help UBS generate revenue.

Your expertise

– Experience in Financial Institutions for Periodic KYC Review and/or documentation processing role in Hong Kong regulatory landscape.
– Experience in leading and/or implementing process changes & automation favored.
– Client focused and motivated to work in partnership with front to back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meets the internal policies and regulatory requirements.
– Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
