ABOUT THE ROLE

As Tennant looks to further expand its Customer Experience team, we are looking for a Junior AMR
Fleet Administrator to take care of all AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) fleet related requests.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle the AMR data inbox and respond to common requests (deployment questions, customer data change requests, etc)
  • Set-up of machines that are being deployed and add data into our CRM system
  • Work together with our AMR software provider Brain Corp
  • Follow up legal agreements and licenses about AMR machines
  • Interact with sales and follow-up on new contracts and end-of-license machines
  • Connect with customers regarding their AMR machines, set-ups and give them optimization advise
  • Contribute actively to the monthly AMR Expert meetings

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
  • Recently graduated or 1-3 years of experience in an administrative function
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English and French
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized thinker
  • MS office skills (Excel, Word,…)
