Job description:
1. Responsible for accurately assigning sales targets to distribution, customer base and related sales teams
2. Help regional sales and CDT teams to make sales according to business needs Analysis, sales forecast, sales share, inventory and other data
3. According to the business goals of the region and headquarters, regularly provide data and sales system training to the regional team
4. Check and monitor sales target settings in the system
5. Responsible for preparing and ensuring that all relevant sales documents (contracts/orders) are filled out in accordance with company policy
6. According to the transaction Terms and related policies to monitor customer payments
7. Follow up with the regional forecasting team to ensure timely supply for delivery. Planned activities/schedule and actual activities/schedule
8. Lead the sales support team, support the sales team to achieve the goal in a timely and efficient manner
9. Assist the regional sales director Handle daily work, including but not limited to data processing, meeting organization, etc.

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience
2. Ability to understand business dynamics and processes 3. Understand the work content of all sales functions such as CDT, customers, sales, etc.
4. Have relevant experience in sales management and team leadership
5. Understand sales teams and regions
6. Core business process knowledge (on-site sales management, dealer management, training, human resource policy, traceability, quality foundation, etc.).
