Job Purpose:
Support BX Sernior Manager to develop and implement Trade Marketing plans to strategically drive customers count (CC) at stores through various marketing tools including offline communication (POSM), promotional campaigns, activations, e-voucher, events and partnership campaigns and make Circle K to be the most preferred CVS destination in consumers’ mind.

Job accountabilities:- Drive CC to offline stores (NW, regional or store by store):
- Plan & run thematic, seasonal, and regional campaigns
- Conduct monthly promotions, spontaneous promotions
- Understand the trend in sales/cc situation by store/ cluster/ region together with customer behavior then come up with tactical campaigns
- Collaborate with partners for campaigns involving e-vouchers, e-wallets, co-branding promotions, etc
- Fulfill special activations requested by the Sales & Operations team
- Execute ad hoc promotions and communication for new products and Food Services products
- Manage store space for advertising income with rate card & availability
- Oversee in-store POSM, excluding LCD, audio ads, and Wi-Fi:
- Regularly review and enhance offline communication both inside and outside the stores to improve effectiveness and generate advertising income with proper POSM POG
- Manage & ensure high-quality finishing of POSM
- Come up with initiatives in POSM to engage customers in stores better
- Manage suppliers (printing, production, activation….) to provide the best quality of service and cost
- Manage the sales of CK E-vouchers with KPIs
- Analyze and generate monthly competitive reports on trade activities of competitors including:
- Thematic campaigns/ In-store POSM/ Partnerships, e-vouchers, ad hoc activations, and events
- Monitor and analyze market trends to continually improve in-store trade activities with innovative ideas
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing. Retail/CVS knowledge is an advantage
- Good in spoken and written Vietnamese and English with confident presentation skill
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good business sense, sales driven and strong problem solving skill
- Possess a high level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment
- Great interpersonal skill, creative, flexible, aggressive, passionate, attention to details, resourceful with can do and positive working attitude
- Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and Excel.
