The Mission:
We are seeking an experienced System Requirements Engineer to join our team. The System Requirements Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer requirements, and translating them to the relevant engineering teams. On daily basis the responsibilities would include:
Analyzing, interpreting and discussing the customer requirements with different stakeholders (including customers and internal teams);
Translating the requirements into the languages of all relevant internal engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical)
Collaborate with different stakeholders in order to ensure all requirements are implemented accordingly and on time
Maintain traceability between requirements and implementation, and ensuring full coverage
Continuously improve the requirements management process to optimize efficiency and quality
What you offer us

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience in system requirements engineering or related fields

Strong knowledge of requirements management tools and traceability

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, processes, standards and best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Fluency in English
