n your new role you will:

. Partner with business Divisions and understand their needs &expectations; 2
. Drive performance reviews with stakeholders, facilitate Division internal business reviews locally and globally; 3
. Provide business health analysis and reporting to management, offer business prediction based on big data analysis; 4
. Work closely with the business division heads, drive process and tool optimization to improve workforce efficiency; 5
. Assist local programs and business operations; 6
. Drive solution to Division operation issues; 7
. Support ad hoc needs due to business requirement.

. Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or Business, Master degree would be a bonus; 2
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 3
. Strong business data analytical skills; 4
. Proven ability to prioritize and organize work to complete multiple tasks efficiently. 5
. Extremely productive in a high stress environment; 6
. Optimistic, self-motivated, conscientious, hardworking, team work spirit; 7
. Excellent English and Mandarin skills, both in speaking and writing; 8
. Excellent PC skills, master user of MS software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.); 9
. Excellent in Business Analysis tools: Business Object, Tableau, EXCELVBA.
