The Department of Regional NSW (DRNSW), NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) Biosecurity & Food Safety division is responsible for effective management and risk minimisation of biosecurity threats to NSW as well as the through-chain regulation of food safety. It delivers a risk-based approach to policy and compliance and provides regional engagement and coordination in response to emergency incidents impacting primary industries and the food sector.

The Online Training Development Officer manages, develops, and delivers a range of online education and training programs for the Department of Primary Industries (DPI), with a focus on driving compliance with food safety, animal welfare and biosecurity legislation and helping industry manage biosecurity and food safety risks.
